  • 1 cup dried Royal Jujubes, sliced and seeds removed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond meal or plain flour
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instruction
