  • 1 cup dried Royal Jujubes, sliced and seeds removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3–4 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the dried jujubes and remove the seeds if needed.
  2. Add the dried jujubes, water, orange juice, honey, ginger, cinnamon stick, lemon juice, and orange zest to a small saucepan.
