  • 8–10 dried Royal Jujubes, sliced and seeds removed
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3–4 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Chopped walnuts or pistachios for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the pears, then remove the cores.
  2. Add water, dried jujubes, honey, ginger, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice to a saucepan.
