  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or finely diced
  • 8–10 fresh Royal Jujubes, diced and seeds removed
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated or julienned
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely diced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 8–10 large lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
