Due to the perishable nature of our products, all fresh and dried jujubes are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, taste preference, natural appearance variation, or minor cosmetic imperfections.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@naturestreat.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and products
  • A continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from sealed condition through inspection of the contents

To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent, manipulated, AI-generated, or inaccurate claims, continuous unboxing videos are required for all damage, quality, or missing item claims. Photos alone may not be sufficient for assessment.

As our jujubes are naturally grown agricultural products, variations in colour, size, texture, ripeness, softness, and internal appearance may occur, especially during late-season harvest periods. Natural characteristics such as soft texture or golden gel formation are not automatically considered defects.

Approved refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
