Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh jujubes, sliced and seeds removed
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the fresh jujubes, removing the seeds.
  2. Place the salad greens in a large bowl.
  3. Add the sliced jujubes, feta cheese, walnuts, and red onion.
