A perfect healthy snack that’s easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup dried Jujubes (pitted)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend the dried Jujubes, oats, and nuts until finely chopped.
- Add the chia seeds or flaxseeds and pulse again.
- If you want a bit more sweetness, add honey or maple syrup and pulse until the
- mixture sticks together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as an on-the-go snack!
