Jujube Energy Balls

These no-bake jujube energy balls are the perfect healthy snack! Made with oats, nuts, and chia seeds, they’re packed with nutrients and easy to make. Grab one for a quick energy boost!

A perfect healthy snack that’s easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup dried Jujubes (pitted)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend the dried Jujubes, oats, and nuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add the chia seeds or flaxseeds and pulse again.
  3. If you want a bit more sweetness, add honey or maple syrup and pulse until the
  4. mixture sticks together.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Enjoy as an on-the-go snack!
